Happy new month good people,

How do you communicate with Christ-sucht-christ customer service?

I paid for verification and my account was blocked the following day for one week I wasn't able to login despite numerous reminders my issues wasn't solved so I had to again reopen my profile again and am not yet verified yet I paid, am tired of sending emails coz no one is responding.
Any advise?
